About Women Into Healing’s Addiction Recovery Program
Our Program | Aftercare | Spirituality
Our recovery programs are designed to guide women who have lost themselves to addiction into new, healthy ways of living. We offer a 45-60 day personalized individual treatment program . Here at W.I.T.H. Center we realize everyone’s recovery and newfound journey is unique to them and so is the path it takes to get there. W.I.T.H’s Inpatient Program -consists of group therapy, lectures, individual counseling, and self-assessments, but we take time to celebrate along the way! , as well as conferences with family and referral sources. We use the 12 Steps and the 12 Steps to Self Esteem which we incorporate throughout our 45- 60 day program. We believe in healing the whole person not just the addiction and also take a holistic approach with meditation and yoga incorporated into the program

Relapse Prevention Plan
The decision to end your ongoing battle with alcohol and drug addiction was a difficult one to make. When you finally came to the place in your life where you could clearly see and feel the pain and suffering that your addictions had caused, you started to take the first steps on what has seemed to be a long, at times difficult and rewarding journey. The “good news” of recovery has just begun.
Once becoming drug or alcohol free, relapse becomes the next enemy. A personal prevention plan is vital to remaining clean and sober as well as offering a safe place to establish and guard your new “ways of thinking.” More often than not relapse can happen with what seems no warning at all. A good plan will help you recognize relapse signals in time and take the steps of safety. Recognizing and processing each thought needs to become second nature and prevention combined with new, healthy thinking will soon become the norm and pathway to freedom.
The Good News
Healthy living starts with healthy thinking. “First we think it, then we voice it, then we act it and finally it becomes our destiny.” Just as the enemy was our choices for People, Places & Things, our new choices can become our best friends. We are creatures of habit and our new, healthy ones more often will be created by the people around us, the places we go and the things we choose to do. Choose your new friends wisely. Have at lease one important mentor. Learn to love in new and exciting ways. Trust your new instincts and learn to see more clearly.
“We are a full-service treatment centre for women and their families seeking freedom from addiction.”
